6. Cancellations and Refunds

Where a specific client agreement contains cancellation or refund provisions that differ from the general Refund Policy, the terms of the applicable client agreement will govern that service relationship.
7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Sumaq Partners AI may offer SMS/text messaging for individuals who provide a mobile number and consent
to receive applicable messages from us.
Depending on the consent provided and your relationship with Sumaq, messages may include inquiry follow-up, appointment or strategy-call confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, service or customer communications, and, where you have separately consented, marketing or promotional communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Sumaq Partners AI.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable messaging program except as permitted or required to confirm or administer your opt-out.

Technology, marketing, lead generation, communications, automation, advertising, and AI-assisted systems can be affected by factors outside Sumaq Partners AI's control.
Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, Sumaq Partners AI does not guarantee specific numbers of leads, sales, appointments, conversions, revenue, rankings, advertising results, message delivery rates, email inbox placement, caller-ID presentation, or other particular business outcomes.
We will provide agreed services according to the applicable scope, but past results, demonstrations, projections, examples, or estimates should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
13. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems
